Included in the hire fee:

Hiring The Great Barn exclusively either from a Friday to Sunday or Tuesday to Thursday
All fairy lights in and outside
6ft round or long tables and lime-wash Chiavari chairs
Use of beautiful oak bar – fully stocked by Unique Norfolk Venues
Use of the delightful enclosed Great Barn Garden
Patio area with a fairy light covered pergola and table and chairs
Smoking shelter with wooden benches
Use of Manor Mews grounds for photographs
Car parking for up to 60 cars (additional parking can be made available on request).

Accommodation

Manor Mews comprises of 10 luxurious and well appointed self-catering properties offering everything from a cosy cottage for two – The Sheepshed – Honeymoon Suite – to a selection of converted Barns and the original Manor House. In total the properties can accommodate up to 83 guests
The properties are named after what they were originally used as on the working family farm before they were converted in 2008
The rentals are from Friday for 3 nights, Monday for 4 nights or 7 nights arriving on either a Monday or a Friday
It is not compulsory to rent all the cottages, just what you wish for your wedding celebrations
All properties, with the exception of The Manor House, are dog friendly

Food & Drink

All catering on your Wedding Day is managed exclusively by Unique Norfolk Venues and is headed up by their in-house catering team led by Executive Chef Keith McDowell. Keith’s career in the catering industry spans more than two decades. Before joining the Unique Norfolk Venues team in 2011, Keith worked in various award-winning Norfolk establishments
For weddings at Manor Mews, Unique Norfolk Venues provide a bespoke quotation, they will organise everything needed for a truly memorable event and you will be able to see where your budget allocation is being spent down to the last penny. The quotations are entirely transparent and include costs for staffing, crockery, cutlery, glassware, table linen, wedding planning, food and drink and a ceremony fee – if you decide to have a civil ceremony in The Great Barn.

Manor Mews is a family run business, Shirley Wagg and her family very much look forward to having the opportunity to meet you and welcome you, your family and your friends to Manor Mews, which is nestled away in the gorgeous North Norfolk countryside and yet only a few miles from the magnificent beaches and big blue skies that represent the stunning North Norfolk coastline.
